The
Ingress Sun is in Capricorn in the 4th house of natural resources and the
opposition party, ruling the secretive 12th house. The Sun is conjunct Jupiter
and Mercury, the messenger. Mercury is in mutual reception with Saturn in the
12th house, giving the opposition party access to information discussed during
the private caucus meetings of the government.
The 10th house of the government and the 1st house of the people are both ruled by Mercury, which sits in the 4th house of the opposition party, in the traditional sign of Capricorn. Premier Stelmach needs to send a clear message of leadership to the people. His resolve must be firm and he cannot be indecisive in dealing with the resources of our province.

A lot of decisions need to be reached to keep everyone happy. Unions, native people, and our trading partners want clear, consistent, long term agreements.
Weather: Sagittarius on the 4th house cusp, Jupiter rules and is tucked between the Sun and Mercury, all in the cold sign of Capricorn. Pluto, in the 4th indicates the weather systems will be massive. Stormy Mars in Cancer carries a lot of moisture and voila - we have all the ingredients for a blizzard!
