Jupiter, as ruler of the MC represents the government in power. Jupiter also rules the 11^th house of legislation and is conjunct Neptune, co-ruler of the 1^st house of the people. Stelmac’s policies are slowly being accepted by the people.

Uranus, ruler of the 1^st house of the people is sextiled by Mercury. There is an opportunity here for the Stelmac government to explain their policies in a forthright manner. The people are prepared to listen.

Venus in Sagittarius rules the 8^th house of taxation. Mercury in Capricorn rules the 4^th house of natural resources Mercury is quincunx to Mars, ruler of the 2^nd house of money. Revisions and adjustments to oil and gas royalties brings some relief to the stagnant oil patch. Companies welcome the changes and proceed with previously shelved projects.

The Moon is Void of Course (making no applying aspects) and rules the 6^th house of the work force. Health care workers, in particular, still have no firm decisions or direction for the future.
