Aries Ingress 2010, Edmonton Alberta

Uranus, along with co-ruler, Neptune, rules the MC and represents the government in power. Uranus is in mutual reception with Neptune and sextile the Moon, ruler of the 1st house of the people. People are more tolerant of Ed Stelmac, even sympathetic. Everyone agrees Ed's a nice guy, but not everyone has confidence in his leadership abilities.

Both Mercury and Venus are in Aries in the 11th house of legislation - expect lots of new legislation during this ingress.

The Moon is in Taurus,  rules the 1st and 2nd house of assets and occupies the 12th house of the government caucus. Changes will be made to show the people Stelmac is serious about putting Alberta's financial house in order. 

Sun in Aries, rules the 3rd and 4th house. The government takes a new approach to media releases, making them more often to ensure the public is kept informed. The opposition party takes on new members from the Stelmac government in power.

Saturn, retrograde, but in exaltation in the sign of Libra, rules the 7th and 8th house of taxation. Taxes are held to current levels and there is the possibility of some reversals.

Pluto in Capricorn, rules the 6th, opposes the 1st and is square to Saturn and the Sun (a T-Square). Health care problems persist and major reforms are necessary. 

The Sun and Mercury rule the 4th house of weather. Expect an early, windy, stormy warm spring.
