HOW
COMPUTERS HAVE EXPANDED OUR IDEAS ABOUT RELOCATION ASTROLOGY
We will discuss how computers
have added new dimensions on how we can view our charts as we move about the
planet. We will compare the traditional method with Astro-Carto-Graphy, as well
as Geodetics through the path of Amelia Earhart’s life and her last fatal
flight. If you have an astrology program, change the latitude and longitude to
a location that you enjoyed and one where you felt uncomfortable or had a
miserable time. You may have a story to share with us.

Astronomy
& How it Relates to Astrology
This is a short talk on the whole
universe, not specifically as it pertains to astrology. Using some mind puzzles and maybe a few
games, I hope to open people’s perception to the awesome majesty of the
universe we live in. Part of the talk will be a short film, part
will, I hope stretch your imagination and appreciation for numbers and
sizes… both large and small. My hope is that some of you will go away
from this talk with a sense of heightened wonder of this place we call home.

A Special Presentation by
Robert Corre

Friday evening:
“Good
Girls, Bad Girls”,
an analysis of the
charts of prostitutes, and the importance of the ascendant.
This will lead
into the all day
Saturday workshop feature on
Practical Skills and the Art of Synthesis. Robert Corre’s lectures are based on the astrological methods of the 17th
century astrologer Morin de Villefranche as was taught by Zoltan Mason of
New York. This approach stresses seeing the chart as a whole integrated
unit. We teach the interpretation skills required to create an image of the
person and to detect their motivations and drives. For
further information on Robert Corre and his astrological insights, please
visit his website:

Workshop by Inge Lohse
We’re off to the races to
pick the winners !!
You need to bring your
intuition, you need to know some key words, you must be willing to take a
chance, and if you have Bill's Rulership Book ~ do bring it along.
Based
on Joyce Wehrman’s Book
“WINNING!!”
Joyce says:
"The key to winning is timing. Much of what I have learned over
the years about timing has come by way of the horse races. Through astrology,
you can understand and use your times to win. Winning is not about luck (having
a 'good Jupiter'). Winning is about timing (understanding Saturn). Timing is an
exact science and not an approximate happenstance. Astrology is always correct.
Astrologers are not."

Annual EAS Retreat June 13, 14, 15 2008
Marlis Jones,
a long time member of EAS, now residing in Calgary,
presented
"CITIZENS
OF THE UNIVERSE
"
Astrology and the triune Earth principle of Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and
others, will be discussed along with Individuality, Personality and Will.
LIFE
CYCLE OF MAN
-
The
Planets as Guides to Transformation
Everyone enters this Evolutionary Life Cycle when they come onto the Earth
plane. It is comprised of 3 ongoing cycles, each progressing onward: The first
is Physical, second is Mental, third is Spiritual. We will travel through the 12
houses of the Zodiac with our Planetary Guide for each. A summary at completion
of each 7 year segment will assess where we should be if we are on track and
possible outcomes if all does not go well. This Cycle, using the Zodiac, does
for the Individual what the Constellations do for the evolution of the Solar
System as a whole.

Using Quotidian
Progressions
Exploring the how and why of
quotidian progressions, especially in the Solar Return chart, this talk will
focus on the added insight to be gleaned from using this method in both the
radix and return chart. We will use example charts and discuss advantages
of computerized software over traditional calculation methods. I hope you
will experiment with this technique, partially for predictability but
primarily for hidden messages. |
