Pope Benedict XVI
The new
pope has a very interesting chart. Saturn says his views are traditional. The Moon says he is fair
and will always consider both sides of a dispute. Jupiter, ruler of his Midheaven, is conjunct his sensitive Pisces Ascendant, says he is visionary. The Sun in Aries heralds new beginnings and
says he is forthright and direct in his approach. This may not always be noticeable as Aries is
intercepted. He truly has an iron fist, but wears a velvet glove. Mercury at 28 degrees and both
Venus and Mars at 29 degrees indicates he doesn't give up easily and can be both stubborn and
headstrong in his viewpoints, while at the same time he has the patience of Jobe. He certainly knows
how to bide his time.
